I’m Adrienne C. Streater, CEO and Founder of Velocity PMO LLC. I help Tech Executives go from scattered execution to a high-performing PMO in just 90 days, without the execution drag that comes with scaling.

With over two decades of project management expertise and a proven track record leading multi-million dollar implementations, I've driven results for industry giants like Apple, Blackbaud, and Bloomingdales.com.

In 2011, fresh from earning my MBA in London, I was traveling the world and savoring new experiences when an unexpected opportunity changed my path: I was recruited by Apple, one of the largest tech companies in the world. This was a dramatic shift from my original plan—pursuing graduate studies with the intention of returning to Hollywood to continue my work as an executive producing short films. Instead, I found myself in San Francisco, channeling my producer skills into the fast-paced tech industry—and loving every minute of it. Over the next decade and a half, I built and managed high-performing teams for some of the world’s leading tech companies. Yet, despite these successes, I felt something was missing.

While I enjoyed my work, I couldn’t ignore a recurring challenge across every organization: teams were siloed, communication was fragmented, and individual goals rarely aligned with the company’s broader vision. No matter the size or success of the tech company, these issues persisted, hindering progress and innovation. I felt compelled to address these systemic problems from a higher vantage point—not just as another employee, but as a strategic partner who could drive real change. I experimented with a hybrid consulting role, hoping it would give me the influence I needed, but the impact I wanted still wasn’t possible within a traditional structure.

That’s when I founded Velocity PMO LLC—a consultancy firm designed to help tech companies break down silos, foster transparency, and align every team with the company’s strategic direction.

Drawing on my experience as both a producer and a tech leader, I developed Navigator90, a proven 90-day success path that takes funded tech companies from chaotic delivery to a predictable, scalable PMO engine.
